Scott McRae

Co-Founder & Director of Operations

Scott is a Certified Golf Fitness Professional who holds a Kinesiology Degree from Arizona State University. Scott specializes in assessing and treating golfers for compensations, imbalances, and limitations. Scott specializes in 3-Dimensional Biomechanics, strength and conditioning, injury prevention and rehabilitation, nutritional supplementation, as well as therapeutic and corrective exercises. By combining a physics background with a passion for human and sport performance, Scott is not only able to help golfers reach their peak performance, but educate them as well on how their unique body traits affect their swing and how the body moves. Scott specializes in juniors, female athletes, and mature populations.  Book Now

Gavin Debus

Co-Founder & Director of Training

Gavin Debus has been a personal trainer/life coach for the past 10 years. In that time, he has provided individuals with over 28,600 personal training sessions. Gavin graduated from University of Nevada, Reno with a BS in Physical Education and Health Ecology and a minor in Athletic Injuries and Photography. Gavin specializes in a functional training style, which consists of a nonstop 30 minute workout with full body movements mixed with cardio, core exercises, and balance. The goal of Gavin’s functional training style is to ensure maximum results in the shortest amount of time. Gavin believes that nutrition is a dominant factor in the pursuit of total body wellness. He assists his clients with grocery shopping and provides cooking lessons to ensure that his clients are properly educated about shopping and eating properly and are able to be successful in these areas.

Amy Terzian


A native of Lake Tahoe, fitness and athletics comes naturally to Amy. Raised as a ballet dancer, soccer player and track athlete, there was never any doubt that fitness would be a constant in her life. After bouncing around California and completing higher level schooling through Santa Barbara City College and finishing at City College of San Francisco, she decided to continue her education in fitness and as a personal trainer through NPTI (National Personal Training Institute). After graduating and spending a year working in Physical Therapy, Amy found Tahoe Peaks. Here she is able to put her expertise in post-injury rehab, standard body and muscle imbalances, functional movement, and nutrition towards benefiting clients of all ages with activities they would like to improve and other fitness goals. Amy is certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) not only as a personal trainer but also as a specialist in corrective exercise.

Gwendalynn began helping people feel better through massage in 1986.  She is especially effectively at relieving sciatica and lower lumbar pain that will leave you feeling relaxed, wonderful, and refreshed.  The effectiveness of her wake is because she takes the time to reestablish the neural connection between your tight muscle and your brain to create a new neural network that doesn’t include the habit of commanding the muscle to tense several times a second. She uses Aromatherapy,  Awareness Massage, Couples Massage,  Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Infant Massage, Lomi Lomi, Lymphatic Drainage, Polarity, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Sciatica Cure, and Sports Massage.
Leanna Jacuzzi

Leanna Jacuzzi

Leanna Jacuzzi has worked as a registered dietitian and nutritionist for the past 20 years. She received her Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from University of California at Davis and Masters of Science in Nutrition from University of Nevada Reno. Her dietetics nutrition internships were completed at three sites: Stanford Medical Center, Stanford, CA; Summit Medical Center, Oakland, CA; NorthBay Medical Center, Vacaville, CA. She has advanced training in diabetes education and has been credentialed as a diabetes educator for over 10 years. She has an Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics certificate in advanced training for adult weight management.

Jacquline Tankersley

Jacquline Tankersley

Jacquline is trained in an Anusara style, which is an alignment focused hatha yoga that focuses on biomechanics principles of alignment.  This creates both strength and flexibility in the body.  Learning to move within the breath and focused awareness helps release tension and stress as well as prevents risk for injury in other activities and sports.  Jacquline loves sharing her practice and believes it is a gift to help bring people deeper into their bodies and hearts with this mindful and therapeutic practice.
