Team Training (TT)

A personalized workout in a team based setting. Classes are capped at 16 athletes and are led by 2 Trainers, a Lead and an Assist. This 8:1 ratio ensures that the coaches can remain focused and effective on athlete form and function while still providing a team-based workout that is safe, fun, and effective.

Small Group Training (SGT)

The next step for those looking for a One-to-One private training session without the price tag.  These small groups are capped at 4 athletes and are led by 1 trainer. Great for couples, friends, families, and a boost for your Team Training workouts. SGT will improve your body, your confidence, and your movement.

Personal Training, just you and the trainer.  Perfect for those looking to focus on a particular sport or in need of training prehab.  We offer speciality training services ranging from Golf, Winter Sports, Mountain Biking, Paddle-boarding, Injury Rehab and Prevention, as well as fitness for Senior Citizens.
